Buy with confidence knowing eyeglasses with our standard RX lenses can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Prescription eyeglasses with upgraded lenses can be exchanged to a different size and/or style one time within 30 days of receipt of purchase. See more details on our Returns page. Orders ship free in Canada and the continental US. The same goes for Home Try-On shipping to you and also back from you to us provided you do not exceed the three day trial period.

Plant frames are backed by a 1-year warranty and the lenses also come standard with a 1-year manufacturer warranty and a 30-day exchange promise to ensure you will end up with an awesome pair of glasses.
