Returns & Exchanges


We want you to be totally satisfied with you Loch frames meaning you can exchange a product within 60 days of purchase or return your order within 30 days of purchase.  This way you can shop with confidence knowing that even if you don't get it right the first time, you will end up with the perfect pair or your money back.  

To begin an exchange or return please visit the return manager after reviewing all of the information on this page.

There are no returns or exchanges for clearance products or for prescription lenses, readers or custom lenses. If the item you purchased went on sale within 7 days of your purchase date we will refund the price difference at your request.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for a return to be processed.  


Refunds for returns or new product exchanges will be provided once the item has been received and inspected.  Products can be exchanged only for similar items within the same collection.  Failure to provide the item back in its original Loch branded packaging will result in a repackaging fee of $8. Customers returning items for a refund will not be refunded the original shipping cost. For all returns and exchanges, items must be unscratched, unscuffed, and otherwise undamaged in new condition. 

Shipping fees, duties and customs fees are not refundable and it is the customer's responsibility to ship any exchanges or returns back to Loch.  Loch is not responsible for damage or loss incurred during shipment back to Loch's shop.
