As huge eyewear fans, we know you want to take your shades with you wherever you go, and always want them looking top notch. If at anytime you feel they need a little love, send them back for a cleaning and buffing courtesy of the Loch team. No early landfill visit for these sunnies, meaning you won’t need a new pair of shades for a long time. This is part of Loch's efforts to make high quality repairable products; buying less and repairing more is a good philosophy for people and for the earth.
Furthermore, Loch warrants its sunglasses against breakage due to defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If it is our bad, we will fix or replace at no charge to you. This warranty is valid beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Loch retailer and subject to applicable laws. However, the warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer. Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase from an authorized Loch retailer.
If you are a serious badass and a repair is required that doesn't fall under the manufacturer's defect warranty or the Lifetime Care warranty, you will only be asked to cover a reasonable fee for to get the frames back to tip-top shape. Some examples include: failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, etc.), failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification, major aesthetic changes that occur from normal wear and tear, aging (scratches, etc.) and major alteration of the colour such as colour changes to the wood, etc. and failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as an earthquake. We will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent.
Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty but can be replaced for a reasonable cost. This way you don’t have to re-buy the frames.
Shipping charges are not covered under the Loch warranty and a minimum prepaid shipping cost, depending on your location, will be required for any warranty claim outside of a manufacturers defect. Allow 4-6 weeks to process, repair and return a pair of sunglasses or spectacles.
