Returns & Exchanges


We want you to be totally satisfied with you Loch glasses meaning you can exchange or return your frames and non-prescription lenses within 30 days of purchase.   In order to reduce waste, prescription lenses can only be exchanged if the lenses have been improperly fitted based on your prescription.  That's why we offer a Home Try-On program so that you can try on the frames for free before committing to the lenses.

There are no returns or exchanges for clearance products or for prescription lenses or custom lenses. If the item you purchased went on sale within 7 days of your purchase date we will refund the price difference at your request.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for a return to be processed.  


Refunds for returns or new product exchanges will be provided once the item has been received and inspected.  Failure to provide the item back in its original Loch branded packaging will result in a repackaging fee of $8. Customers returning items for a refund will not be refunded the original shipping cost, if any. For all returns and exchanges, items must be unscratched, unscuffed, and otherwise undamaged in new condition. 

Shipping fees, duties and customs fees are not refundable and it is the customer's responsibility to ship any exchanges or returns back to Loch.  Loch is not responsible for damage or loss incurred during shipment back to Loch's shop.
